You generous donation could support BGCA to help children and youth to attain well-balanced moral, intellectual, physical, social and aesthetic development, and promote a favorable social environment for the growth of children in a healthy and happy way.

By Cheque

Submit a crossed cheque payable to “The Boys’ and Girls’ Clubs Association of Hong Kong”.

By Direct Transfer

Donors could bank in the donation through the following banks or ATM to BGCA’s bank accounts:

If donor have a PPS account, you may dial 18013 (register payment)/ 18033 (settle payment) or visit http://www.ppshk.comor download mobile application “PPS on Mobile” to make donation. Please fill in the BGCA merchant code 9275, the account number is the 8 digit contact number of donor.

Cash donation through 7-ELEVEN

Bring along with the donation barcode
to any 7-ELEVEN in Hong Kong to donate cash to BGCA. (The minimum donation amount is HKD$100)

Receipt application procedure

Apart from online donation, if donor wish to receive donation receipt, please submit:
  1. the crossed cheque/original copy of bank-in slip/ATM transfer receipt/receipt issued by 7-ELEVEN/screen capture of PPS, and
  2. a completed donation form
by post or by hand to BGCA Headquarters at 8/F, 3 Lockhart Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong (office hour: Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm; Saturday 9:00am to 12:00nn), please indicate “Donation form and application for donation receipt” in the envelop to facilitate the issuing process of donation receipt.


  1. Donation of HKD $100 or more is tax deductible.
  2. Personal data collected will be used only for donation process and issue donation receipt.
Fund-raising activities organized by BGCA are in accordance to “Good Practice Guide on Charitable Fund‐raisingissued by Social Welfare Department, Home Affairs Department and Food and Environmental Hygiene Department in August 2018.
