Receipt application procedure
If donors wish to receive donation receipt, please submit
- Screen capture of online payment/ the crossed cheque/ original copy of bank transfer receipt/ receipt issued by 7-ELEVEN/ screen capture of PPS, and
- A completed Donation Receipt Application Form
email to email@example.com; or by post to BGCA Headquarters at 28/F, 3 Lockhart Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong, please indicate “Donation Receipt Application Form” in the email subject or the envelop to facilitate the issuing process of donation receipt.
- Donation of HKD $100 or more is tax deductible.
- Personal data collected will be used only for donation process and issue donation receipt.
Fund-raising activities organized by BGCA are in accordance to "Good Practice Guide on Charitable Fund‐raising" issued by Social Welfare Department, Home Affairs Department and Food and Environmental Hygiene Department in August 2020.
The Boys' & Girls' Clubs Association of Hong Kong (the Organisation) collects, holds, processes or uses of the personal data in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap 486, Laws of Hong Kong) (PDPO). The personal data collected in this form will be used by the Organisation to process donations, issue receipts and deal with relevant administrative works only. The data will NOT be transferred to other organisations or persons without authorisation. To comply with administrative requirements, the data will be kept in safe custody for a reasonable period of time.
