Service Introduction
"Career SENse" is a two-year project (until 31 Aug 2026), specifically designed for youth with Special Education Needs (SEN). It aims to enhance their career and life development capabilities, raise the awareness among various stakeholders in the society, and foster a vision of an inclusive workplace environment.
Career SENse aims to co-create a personalized career development plan with the youth, to understand their own uniqueness, explore career interests, and prepare for the challenges in the future workplace, as well as supporting the transition period from school-to-community. Service Introduction
The Child Development Fund (CDF), founded by HKSAR government in 2008, is a tripartite, cross-sector collaboration among the community and family, the business sector and the Government. CDF aims to support longer-term development of children from a disadvantaged background, with a view to alleviating inter-generational poverty.
These projects seek to encourage children to plan for their future, develop a savings habit, and accumulate intangible assets such as positive attitudes, personal resilience, social networks, etc., which are all useful attributes for future development.
