  • Service Introduction

Career and Life Development (CLD) services are essential intervention to embrace the needs of our youth. Especially when they are entering the transition from school to work. This project has a vision to provide CLD services for EM youth in the mainstream service setting. Such CLD services include interest development, career sharing and career guidance etc. It begins with the youth’s interest to explore one’s career journey. Meanwhile, Chinese youth is also welcome to join the services together.  The CLD services also function as a platform for diverse groups to interact and learn with each other as well as promoting social inclusion.

To facilitate the culturally-smart and inclusive services for service users from diverse background, the elements of Cultural Intelligence (CQ) which is the capability to work and relate to others effectively in culturally diverse situations, is embedded in our services. The project hopes to contribute to the creation of an enabling environment for EM youth in BGCA.
