BGCA CARE Basketball League (the League) is devoted to promote the well-balanced physical and mental health development among children and youth. 

Through basketball competitions, positive attitude, leadership and team spirit of young people have been fostered as well. To adapt to the social changes caused by COVID-19, the League carried out a series of online sharing for the youth to supplement the absence of physical trainings and competitions. For example, the League invited the Senior Coach of Hong Kong Basketball Association (Mr. YU Chit Hoi) and the Coach (Mr. CHIU Wing Leung) and a player (Mr. TSOI Lung Tak) of Hong Kong Men’s Basketball Team to share their innovative training experiences that overcame challenges brought by the pandemic.
