【Say Goodbye to Stress】

The third Pillow Fight event organised by our 456 Chill Lab was successfully concluded on 22 June. With the sponsorship support of Wing Chi Limited this year, the "Pillow Carnival" was enhanced in both scale and experience, creating richer and more memorable moments for participants. We were honored to welcome youth from multiple centers including Jockey Club South Kwai Chung Children & Youth Integrated Services Centre, Jockey Club Sheung Wan Children & Youth Integrated Services Centre, Jockey Club South Horizons Children & Youth Integrated Services Centre, Jockey Club Sau Mau Ping Children & Youth Integrated Services Centre, Ma On Shan East Children & Youth Integrated Services Centre, Jockey Club Southern District Children & Youth Integrated Services Centre, Jockey Club Tuen Mun Children & Youth Integrated Services Centre, Jockey Club Tsing Yi Children & Youth Integrated Services Centre, Sham Shui Po District Youth Outreach Social Work Team, and Career SENse.

This year, we adopted a Taiwanese Night Market theme, aiming to help participants release their DSE-related stress in a relaxed and joyful atmosphere.

The night market featured various booths and games, reflecting the multiple education and career paths students encounter after exam results are announced. Just as life offers many possibilities, we encourage students to boldly explore and carve their own unique paths.
