【Firecrackers were arranged jointly to welcome the New Year.】

The Lunar New Year celebration workshop, jointly organised by Canon Hong Kong Limited and the Boys' and Girls' Clubs Association at the Hong Kong Jockey Club Tsing Yi Integrated Children and Youth Services Centre, has concluded successfully. During the event, the children, guided by Canon volunteers, crafted firecracker ornaments that captured the festive spirit, becoming little traditional artisans!

Using engaging interactive methods, a specially designed cultural learning session enabled children to grasp traditional Lunar New Year customs and intriguing facts effortlessly, enhancing their appreciation of Chinese culture. Every child exhibited genuine interest and excitement for the traditional festival.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to the Canon Hong Kong volunteer team for their thoughtful arrangements, particularly for providing professional cameras and photo printers to capture and instantly print memorable moments for each participant. This enabled these joyful Lunar New Year memories to be taken home in tangible form.
